I wanted to put in words the experience that we had with your company.
As you know I travel all over the US on business. As an entrepreneur,
it is hard to find quality time to spend with your family. We had
planned a ski trip to Oregon for several months, but were unable
to get a vehicle that we desired through one of the national chains.
We did finally secure one, but it was a sub par vehicle and almost
as much money as what we spent with you.
I would have never guessed that there were people out there like
you. The Hummer H-2 was magnificent. It was so nice to be met at
the airport, while we were picking up our luggage, with everything
in order, even a prepaid parking ticket to get out of the Garage!
The vehicle was showroom clean and in immaculate condition. You
even took time to supply us with the appropriate maps (real maps)
that we needed at no additional charge. The service was impeccable!
I travel 100 days a year and most of the time I have to rent a
car. I always dread getting to a destination just to see that the
rental car agency has messed something up, and I always allow extra
time to return rentals. One rental that I remember was when I took
my sons to Florida for Spring Break. It took us three hours after
getting in at midnight to secure a sub par vehicle, which was not
the one we had reserved. What a pleasant experience to have you
meet us at the baggage claim area! It was truly a wonderful service
and a wonderful experience! The boys really enjoyed the looks that
we got in the Hummer as well. Thank you for running such an ethical
business and being so service oriented! Please do not hesitate to

recommended by me.

P.S. I think, by the time all was said and done, we actually came
out paying less money than using the big guys. All that with perfect
service and a Dream car! It was a dream come true!
