As a potential operator of a rental vehicle, owned by Marvel Cars (“Company”), I agree to drive carefully at all times, to obey traffic laws and to observe all legal speed limits.

The Company has the right and authority to check my motor vehicle records on file with the State or other resource, including, without limitation, driving record, financial responsibility information and prior driving information, either directly or through the Company's insurance carrier ("Carrier") and each of Agent and Carrier may deliver any such records to Company. My approval as a driver will always be contingent upon an acceptable motor vehicle record.

*A spouse or partner who shares your insurance policy may be added as a secondary driver at no charge. Please note that the secondary driver must meet the same qualifications as the primary driver. If you would like to add an additional driver (who is not your spouse or partner) they must also fill out an additional application form and meet the same qualifications as the primary driver. An additional $50 fee applies.

A clean driving record is expected: no major moving violations, no DUI/DWI convictions or similar infractions and no criminal convictions in the past five years. May be subject to DMV verification.

I authorize Marvel Cars LLC to charge my credit card a non-refundable $50.00 processing fee. Once application is approved the processing fee will be applied as a credit on the final rental bill.
