The following rental rate options are available:

1 ) Daily Rate (24 hours)

5) 8 Hour Weekday or Weekend Rate
Is only available on super exotic cars. 8 hour rentals are generally offered between 9am and 5pm.

6) Long Term Rentals
For rental periods of one week or more we offer the following discounts:
For two, three or four week rentals – the first week at the full rental rate and 25% off the weekly rate for the second week onwards

For rental periods of one full month or more the following rental rates apply:
For one month – the rental rate is 3 times the weekly rental rate
For two months and above – the rental rate is as above for the first month and 2 times the weekly rental rate for the second month onwards

All rentals are subject to the King County Automobile Rental Tax of 18.7%

You are able to make a reservation by:

3) Printing our Reservations Form and faxing it to 425-988-0127
4) Downloading our Reservations Form and returning it by email to reservations@marvelcars.com
We provide a complimentary 24 hour hold on your preferred dates and vehicle.

VEHICLE GUARANTEE

The vehicle of your choice will be guaranteed, except in circumstances beyond our control (eg. unscheduled maintenance, damage or severe weather). We reserve the right to postpone the rental for those or any other reason that may jeopardize your safety or that of the vehicle.

APPLICATION FORM & FEE

Once a date has been set for your rental Marvel Cars requires that you complete an Application Form. You may:
1) Fill out our on-line application
2) Print Application Form and fax it to 425-988-0127
3) Download Application Form and return it by email to reservations@marvelcars.com

What we're looking for in the application…
Drivers must be at least the age of 25 (at least the age of 30 for the Viper and the super exotics). Drivers under the age of 25 cannot be considered, due to insurance requirements.
All drivers must have a valid driver's license and credit card in their own name.
Driver must have a safe driving record and may be subject to a DMV check.
Full coverage insurance with liability limits of 100/300/100 are required and must be verified prior to rental.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit in the form of a credit card authorization will be taken at the time of rental delivery:

The cost of repairs for any damage to the vehicle while in your possession will be billed against this authorization and the remaining balance released back to you. Marvel Cars' fleet manager must inspect the vehicle, and we reserve the right to obtain a mechanical inspection before releasing the authorization.
Security Deposit must be made on a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX).
Please note that debit cards cannot be accepted for your security deposit.

PAYMENT METHODS

Marvel Cars accepts the following forms of payment:
Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Traveler's Checks, Money Order and Cash.

The Security Deposit must be made on a major credit card.
Final payment can be made with any form of payment mentioned above.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available and make the ideal gift! They are available in any denomination. Please call to order.

TAXES

All rentals are subject to the King County Automobile Rental Tax of 18.7%

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 48 hours notice for cancellation.
You are entitled to a full refund minus a $50 processing fee should you choose to cancel your reservation.
If cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled rental your deposit will be applied to a future rental.

DELIVERY & PICK-UP OF VEHICLE

Arrangements for delivery and pick up of rental vehicles are made by special arrangement for each customer.

Fees and locations for pick-up and drop-off locations are as follows:

• Downtown Mercer Island - Free Delivery & Pick-Up.
• South Bellevue/Newcastle - Free Delivery & Pick-Up at Exit 9 Park and Ride, I405
• Downtown Seattle or SEA-TAC Airport - Free Delivery & Pick-Up.
  
• Downtown Bellevue - $25 Delivery and $25 Pick Up fee for each service at 2700 Bellevue Way SE
• Downtown Renton - $25 Delivery and $25 Pick Up fee for each service at 232 Burnett Ave. S
  
• Other - $3 p/mile Service Fee (each way)
  Distance is calculated from Marvel Cars' Mercer Island mailing address

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Authorized age for all drivers is at least 25 years of age for all vehicles. Drivers under the age of 25 cannot be considered, due to insurance requirements.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS

There is no charge for adding a spouse or partner who shares your insurance coverage.
One additional driver is permitted. They must fill out an Application Form and meet the same requirements as the primary renter.

INSURANCE

Marvel Cars requires that all renters have full transferable insurance coverage that includes uninsured and underinsured motorists in order to rent any of our vehicles. We do not provide insurance coverage.

We require that you carry the following minimum liability coverage:
1) Bodily Injury Liability per person - $100,000
2) Bodily Injury Liability per occurrence - $300,000
3) Property Damage Liability - $100,000

We require that your insurance policy be active for at least three months, is paid in full and does not carry an SR rating. You are solely responsible for any damage to our vehicle and others while the car is in your possession (from the time you take delivery of the vehicle to the time you turn the vehicle and keys back over to a Marvel Cars representative).

Please note that any insurance submitted must be verified with your insurance agent before we can release the vehicle to you.

MILEAGE

All rentals come with limited free miles.
8 Hour Rental - 50 miles
Day Rental - 100 miles
3-Day Special Rental - 300 miles
One Day Weekend Rental - 100 miles
Weeklong Rental - 700 miles
Additional mileage over the limit is an additional charge as noted under each vehicle.

INTERNATIONAL DRIVERS

At this time we are unable to offer rentals to international drivers who do not carry full-coverage insurance policies within the United States. We hope to be able to offer insurance to international drivers in due course, so please check back with us for when we can offer such policies. Canada provides some exceptions and we can assist you in confirming whether your coverage meets our requirements.

DRIVING AREA RESTRICTIONS

Rental vehicles may be driven within the states of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Prior written approval must be obtained to go outside those boundaries.
Due to insurance policy limitations, the vehicles are not permitted to be taken into Canada at any time without prior approval.

PARKING REQUIREMENTS

Vehicle must be locked, convertible top up (if applicable) and alarm set when vehicle is unattended. The vehicle must be stored in a secured garage at night. Do not allow anyone who is not an "Authorized Driver" to drive the vehicle at any time, including a valet or parking attendant. When you park in a public garage, please ask to park the car yourself and take the keys with you.

GASOLINE

We will deliver your rental vehicle with a full tank of gas. We charge $5/gallon to refuel the vehicle if you return it with less fuel than when rented. All vehicles must be refueled with Premium grade (91+ octane). A $500 fee will be assessed if the cars are filled with a lower grade gasoline.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted in any of Marvel Cars' vehicles. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be deducted from your security deposit if car is returned smelling of smoke.

LATE FEE

We offer a 30 minute grace period for return of the vehicle. If you exceed your rental period by more than 30 minutes a late fee of $25 per half hour will apply.

DRIVING RULES & REGULATIONS

Washington state law requires that when you are traveling in a motor vehicle, the driver and all passengers must wear their seatbelts at all times.

Children weighing less than 50 pounds must be secured in a child safety seat.

Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is a serious offense in Washington. A person is considered legally drunk when his or her blood alcohol level reaches .08%. It is illegal for anyone less than 21 years old to consume alcohol in any quantity at any time in Washington.

In Washington, parking meters and painted curbs are in operation and are closely monitored by the authorities. Citations and fines are expensive; to avoid them, be sure to read all parking signs carefully before parking your vehicle.

The renter is responsible for all parking, traffic, speeding or other tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is being rented and must pay for any fees, penalties, towing charges, or impound costs.

PROHIBITED USES

Marvel Cars vehicles may not be used:
- by anyone not licensed to drive or whose driver's license has been suspended or restricted
- for any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity
- to carry persons or property for hire
- to push or tow anything
- to exceed any posted speed limits
- in any speed test, speed contest, race, rally, speed endurance contest, or demonstration
- on or near any racetrack or road course
- to teach anyone to drive
- on any unpaved surface

LOST AND FOUND ITEMS

Marvel Cars is not responsible for any items left behind in the rental vehicle.

SIGNAGE ON VEHICLES

You may have seen vehicles around town with signs that say "www.Rent-This-Car.com", which is an advertising URL owned by Marvel Cars. These signs are used for advertising purposes only and are removed for the duration of your rental.
